Anderzorg, a health insurer, wanted to teach millennials about phone problems like stress and bad sleep. To reach them, we gave out "dope" on Instagram called DigiDope.
When people followed us, they got a free boost of 250 likes and comments. This big boost released dopamine in their brains, the same chemical you get from lots of likes and followers.
DigiDope took over Instagram, giving out over 1 million likes. What people didn't know was they were automatically enrolled in a 21-day program on Insta Stories. This program taught them why phone addiction is bad for their body and mind.
